IKW Wanroij is the meeting place for the Classic Volkswagen. No other brands than Classic Volkswagens and derivatives (from VW Beetle to T25/T3 Bus and derivatives of the VW Beetle) are therefore allowed to park on the site. A separate parking area has been set up for these cars. The opening hours for this site are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Parking on the campsite (overnight stay)
The camping site is primarily intended for camping and not for parking. DaaThat is why a parking fee has been introduced for the campsite.

Note: €15.00 will be refunded if you park your car outside the campsite on the site of the day visit the same day. This is to accommodate camping guests who only want to load and unload.

When you enter the site, you are obliged to comply with these house rules, which have been drawn up for the International Beetle Weekend in Wanroij. By entering this site you agree to these rules. If you do not comply with our house rules, you will be irrevocably denied access to the site. Instructions by or on behalf of the staff must be strictly followed at all times! The organization of the International Beetle Weekend reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice.
Rules for visitors
1. You are required to wear your wristband on your wrist and to show it on request. If you lose the wristband, you must report to the information desk as soon as possible. Abuse of access cards and/or wristbands will be reported to the police.
2. The Dutch road traffic law applies on the site. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and the vehicle must be insured and MOT approved. Mopeds, trikes, quads, minibikes and scooters are not allowed on the event site, with the exception of vehicles belonging to the organisation. The maximum speed on the site is 10 km/h. Driving with or under the influence of alcohol is not tolerated. Drinking in traffic is a crime! Drivers who are guilty of reckless or irresponsible driving behavior will be removed from the event by the organization.
3. Parking is only allowed in the designated places. Wrong parkers will be towed away. The organization is not liable for damage caused to your car by towing.
4. Alcohol is not provided to persons under the age of 18.
5. Glassware is prohibited on the entire site. Exceptions to this are the campsites and the riding school.
6. Drugs are prohibited.
7. Pets are allowed but must always be kept on a leash. This is only allowed on the campsite and on the event grounds at the riding school. No dogs are allowed on the day recreation area, beach pool, playgrounds and catering establishments. Dogs must be walked in the designated place or outside the event area.
8. Distribution of brochures or flyers is not allowed.
9. All everyday social norms and values apply here. Threatening and using violence, making discriminatory remarks, sexual harassment, urinating in public, throwing beer and throwing mud will not be tolerated.
10. Throw your waste in the designated waste containers. People who deliberately pollute and/or destroy the sites and/or materials will be denied access to the site. Damage will be recovered from the perpetrator and must be paid immediately in cash to the organization.
11. When committing crimes you will be arrested and handed over to the police.
12. The organization and/or its employees cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage.
13. Cameras monitor your and our safety. There are cameras in various places on the site. Everyone who visits our event agrees to make recordings In the event of calamities, these recordings can be shown to third parties as supporting material.
14. In the event of cancellation or early termination of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, entrance fees already paid will not be refunded.
