Volunteers

For the upcoming edition of the Aircooled Wanroij, on June 13, 14 and 15, 2025, we will again be looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to strengthen our team. Will you help us make the Aircooled Weekend in Wanroij possible? Are you enthusiastic and a hard worker? Sign up as an volunteer. Because Aircooled Wanroij cannot exist without its volunteers!

We need your help

Both before, during and after, we need volunteers in various places. Beforehand, we need strong men and women who can help build the grounds. Think from installing fencing to hanging banners. During Aircooled Wanroij you can volunteer by handing out booklets at the entrance, helping with parking, helping with finding a camping spot, helping during Old School Saturday and helping with putting the exhibitors in the right place. Afterwards, strong men and women are welcome to help break down the event.

What do we ask from you?

You are available and on call for volunteering for at least 2 half-days or one full day. You inform us of the dayparts and preference of work below, we will do our best to respond as best we can.

What do you get in return??

Besides a fun evening with all the volunteers and a crew t-shirt, you get a free weekend ticket to Aircooled Wanroij. You will receive a free weekend ticket only if you help 2 half-days or one full day and are on-call as a volunteer. The weekend ticket will be sent to your e-mail address a few days before the event.
